  2. 1 egg
  3. u00bc cup chopped onion
  4. u00bd cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
  5. 1 tablespoon olive oil

The instruction how to make Salmon Patties I

  1. Drain and reserve liquid from salmon. fusion egg, onion, bread crumbs and salmon together.
  2. Make into patties. If blend is too dry to form into patties, ensue reserved liquid from salmon.
  3. In a frying pan, heat olive oil. Place patties in pan. Brown all but each side, turning gently. Drain roughly speaking paper towels and serve.
